About The Terrace at French Village

In the 1890s, Harold Werner and his father built a home at the tip of the Ozark Highland Triangle and surrounded it with vines. Harold made as many as 150 gallons of wine each year from the fruit of these vines, sharing openly with his neighbors. That spirit of community continues with The Terrace at French Village, which transformed the old Werner home into a picturesque winery, tasting room, and event center. While sipping wines made from Missouri grapes, guests can gaze out over the rolling hills and bubbling creek, making The Terrace an ideal spot to have a picnic, hold a wedding, or drink a bunch of wine.
