The Training Lab Miami Beach is a barbell based strength and conditioning facility. We focus on mechanics, consistency and intensity. Fitness in our perspective is the ability to perform a task. Whether that’s to run a half marathon, complete a triathlon, simply lose weight or just be a better version of yourself. Our program will give you a foundation that enables you to reach all your goals. We only have one expectation from you. That expectation is simply EFFORT.

Classes:

1.Our training day class is approximately 50 minutes of high intensity, total body workout, which will also have a barbell movement to it. We add a teamwork element to the class as much as possible, along with out staple calisthenics workout with cadence. Some things we do in class are sprints on our turf, jumps, pushing and pulling sleds and TRX. There are also dumb bells, kettle bells and battle ropes along with many other accessories items that we may incorporate into a circuit. 

2.Our strength class is designed to help develop your strength foundation which will help prevent injuries and improve performance e. The class is limited to 8 people so we focus on form and techniques first, the we help you build strength. We utilize dumbbells, barbells and squat racks in this class. Classes are specific to lifting weights therefore cardio is ver limited. This class if for everyone that wants to improve overall strength and fitness, from beginners to advanced.

3.The Beatdown. This class is not designed for beginners and this shouldn’t be your first class at TTL. However, if you’re up for a challenge we welcome you to try our 90 minutes of non-stop rowing, swings, planks, runs, pushes, squats, lifting and biking. This class may require wearing a weighted vest. It is not for the faint of heart. If you attend, be ready to push yourself to the max mentally and physically.
