The 1-hour Preliminary Evaluation can be in-person or via Telehealth (virtually).

The Preliminary Evaluation is performed by a licensed therapist in English or Spanish.

You will need to meet these minimum requirements:

  • You are 18 years or older.
  • You have tried at least 2 psychiatric medications with no successful results.
  • You don't have any heart diseases.
  • You don't have high blood pressure.
  • You have not had any strokes or seizures.
  • You don't have schizophrenia.
  • You aren't breastfeeding or pregnant.

If you have health insurance: Call us to see if we accept your insurance. Please note that the discount will not apply when using insurance.
