Arrive Early: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to find parking and get settled. Students who are more than 20 minutes late without contacting us may not be able to attend, as you'll need the full class time to complete your rug.
Pick-up Policy: Your finished rug will be ready for pick-up the following day. We are closed Monday and Tuesday, but you can pick up your rug from 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm on any day we are open. For out-of-state visitors, we can also mail your rug to you! Over the next 12 hours, your rug will be professionally glued, backed, shaven, and cleaned up for you.

We do accept walk-ins but seats may not be available.
If you would like to walk in, make sure you are there 10–15 minutes prior to the start time of the class you are interested in.
