The Turnkey Co has provided cleaning services for over 20 years. We specialize in move ins/outs, weekly, monthly, and one time cleanings.

We service all of Norfolk, VA Beach, Chesapeake (not 23322), and Portsmouth. We will service 23322, Hampton, Suffolk, and Newport News for an additional $50 travel fee.


*We are not servicing Texas clients at this time. 


All services include cleaning supplies. Please note that hours are per cleaner. For example: A 4-hour cleaning with 2 cleaners is only 2 hours of cleaning services. We do not move furniture or any other heavy equipment. All utilities must be on at the time of service.
All sales are final.
