The U of A has some sweet little museum gems on campus and this is among the best. There are a lot of programs for a lot of ages and interests so it’s a place for everyone. Keep in mind it’s a small museum and you should enjoy it on its own merit; don’t compare it to others you’ve been to. Stop by for a visit; you won’t regret it.

Visit to the University of Arizona Museum of Art exceeded expectations. On permanent display is an impressive collection of Italian Renaissance art. Modern art exhibits contained pieces from local artists and U of A students with relevant indigenous, Latino and Southwest themes. Well worth the time and money.
