Owner was quite nice but everything there is SO expensive! I was moving so thought I would use groupon to buy boxes but a medium sized box was $7!!! Seven dollars for a box?!?! I ended up shipping a $10 baby onesie to Toronto and had to pay an additional $15 on top of the groupon value.

Not very helpful initially and very rushed. Poor customer service. Will not likely return.

It was more expensive than I anticipated, plus the person there made a mistake and when I was all done and paid, he realized he had made a mistake and I had to pay another $5. Next time I will just send my parcel Canada Post. All told, for a 9 lb. box, UPS cost me $38.62 -- and that was after giving me credit for my $25 groupon (therefore it cost $63.62 in reality). That amount did include $300 of insurance. I don't know how much exactly the insurance cost as he didn't tell me nor was it itemized on the bill. On the plus side, this gentleman was very courteous and he did discover I was using an incorrect postal code, which we fixed.
