Meals start with soup or salad before moving on to a creamy cheese fondue with assorted veggies, a variety of meats including kangaroo, or seafood such as calamari. Entree options include the Sea Feast, with red snapper, black tiger shrimp, calamari, and other ocean delicacies ($91/couple), and the Ranch & Sea, with teriyaki beef tenderloin, chicken, pork tenderloin, and seafood ($90/couple). Each entree comes with oven-roasted garlic potatoes, mixed vegetables, housemade sauces, and can be cooked using three different methods: hot rock, oil and garlic, and ginger broth. The Upstairs Fondue Restaurant's new lounge is now open and patrons can enjoy half-priced bottles of wine on Thursdays throughout May and June. Early reservations are encouraged as soon as possible as summer reservations fill quickly.
