The V Eatery & Brewhouse
The V Eatery & Brewhouse transforms a bounty of ingredients sourced from Virginia’s rich soils to a menu of fine eats paired with craft beers. They batter freshly-netted cod with Catoctin Kolsch beer and spice up risotto with diced butternut squash and parmesan cream. To pair with their flavorful dishes, they select an elite array of 14 craft beers, many of which are brewed by The V's sister restaurant, The Beer Joint Brewing Leesburg. And to keep the selection fresh, they rotate these brews regularly.
To occupy diners’ eyes and ears while their tastebuds are enjoying the food, The V Eatery host live musical performers every Tuesday through Saturday. In addition to being open for lunch and dinner, they also round out their selection of meals by offering a Sunday brunch.

“Great food, calamari was fresh and not chewy. Service was relatively quick even with a crowd. Also tried the ahi tuna salad, portion was perfect, flavorful.”

“They charge you $3 to substitute - I can't eat rice so I asked what else was available & I substituted for the sweet potato fries - was a bit perturbed that they charge me for it (especially without telling me there was an up charge). Food was a bit pricey, but was excellent. I don't think I'd go back because of the cost.”
