Classes take place at 3 p.m. and 4:30 p.m. Sunday–Thursday, 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. on Fridays, and 11:30 a.m. and 6 p.m. on Saturdays. Students are taught to bolster their self-confidence and tap into their sensual side by learning movements involving boas, chairs and poles during 75-minute sessions.
