About The Vertitude
The Vertitude owner, 2013 US National Pole Champion Sergia Louise Anderson, and her certified and spirited instructors help develop adroit minds and svelte bods during an array of fitness and dance classes. Like a network sitcom’s therapist, the studio's schedule catalogs weekly sessions, including aerial hoop and burlesque classes. Students also build strength and flexibility during pole-fitness tutorials, which incorporate techniques borrowed from Pilates and strength training into dance routines. The Vertitude accommodates a wide range of ages, skill levels, and abilities, from seasoned athletes to senior citizens and postnatal moms to pre-molded David sculptures.
