About The Viking Lab

The Viking Lab is owned and operated by Sam Rothschild. He has been personal training for close to a decade and has lost 50 lbs and kept it off! His clients have experienced similar results when weight loss is the goal.

Sam has worked with all ages and has trained people who may've had injuries in the past. If you're someone who wants a challenging workout, this will be a great experience!

Working nutrition in our programs is a must when trying to lose body fat or gain lean body mass. We will recommend different ways to get the biggest results with the least amount of taking out foods!
