The Vineyard at Hershey

The idyllic surroundings of The Vineyard at Hershey include acres of rolling vineyards and a natural, spring-fed pond. Inside a rustic farmhouse, guided tours take an in-depth look into the winemaking process, and end with tastings of small-batch Pennsylvania wines. Walk across the lawn to find the brewery, where brewmasters pour nearly 20 beers ranging from crisp hefeweizens to hop-heavy IPAs, with different brews crafted at different times of the year. Guests can enjoy releases of strawberry wines, beers, and vendors with the music when the Vineyard hosts events such as wine and beer release parties and concerts.

Customer Reviews

Awesome place for a brewery
Russell H. · 8 days ago
The winery is located just east of Middletown, PA. It is really a beautiful area and vineyard. We received a tour from the assistant brew and wine master. She was very friendly and knowledgable. We tasted five beers and one cider. The first beer we had during our tour and was quite unique (it was a light beer with a fruit juice blend added). Its a small brewery, so the tour was quick, but that gave us more time to enjoy the beer and food pairings. We also got to try one of the beers that were fermenting in the brewery which was fun. All of the beers were really delicious and they have amazing and funny names for each beer. You can really tell that they love what they are doing. We were able to taste their Merlot and we brought a bottle home. It was very good! Would highly recommend for a fun afternoon beer or wine tasting!

There wasn't great signage to know where to go, I ended up in the winery and they were not sure what I should do either. The tour was good, they are passionate about their beer which was cool to see. The beer was good, it's different. I tried some beers on the flight that I wouldn't normally try and was pleasantly surprised by it. We also enjoyed the musician who was playing there.
