The time we visited the kitchen appeared to have a bit or delay in keeping up with the brunch demand, quantities were low at times. Also, my preference would be for a bit more seasoning in the eggs, or maybe some chives or cheese, they lacked flavour a bit.

You need to keep the buffet food warmer/hotter.

We were sitting right across from the patio doors and it very was very drafty and COLD! Maybe some sort of insulation along the bottom of the doors in the Winter months if possible. :)
