It was exactly what I was looking for! I needed a boxing routine with others working out with me and music! I haven’t been working out for about two years because I find the regular gym very boring. This one is going to be awesome – and I can modify with some help the parts of the workout thaI need to because the instructor is incredibly supportive! Looking forward to more workouts – today was my first day!

the Boxing classes are great, the owner/instructor is so good, he takes the time to teach and show you how to do the right moves and has a great personnality that keeps everyone motivated!

Brandon is excellent. He is a great boxing coach and takes the time to explain combinations and if you are doing them the correct way. You not only get a great workout, but he is also a great motivator.
