About The Way Martial Arts
The owner of The Way Martial Arts started the academy after he learned the confidence, leadership, discipline, and respect during his training in martial arts. He has always wanted to make sure other people had the opportunity to find an outlet that could make such an impact on the way they live their lives. In order to help the achieve that, he provides a safe, fun, and instructional environment in which students of all ages can learn exactly what he did years ago.
Except for yoga classes, there are also four other programs they can choose from:
- Lil Leaders: designed for preschoolers, it can help to use their limitless energy while also learning discipline and respect for others.
- Warriors: kids 6–9 can become more confident and outgoing while reducing any anxiety they may experience on an everyday basis.
- Fusion: for kids 10–13.
- Impact: for high-schoolers and adults.
