Q:

I have approx. 60 windows, can I use two groupons? If not how much would it cost to clean the windows over the groupon total (say the $60 deal)??

George T.  asked on  Oct 14, 2012

A:

You must have a large house, that is a lot of windows for a house. Only one coupon can be used for a house and for 60 windows it would be $300 to wash the outside windows and screens. The groupon is worth $120 so you would owe an extra $180.

Q:

Does the regular window washing generally take care of hard water stains, or would it be extra?

Patricia F.  asked on  Oct 13, 2012

A:

Regular window cleaning will take care of most minor hardwater problems. Thick or bad hardwater will take extra time and money. Try regular window cleaning first, then if that doesn't take care of it we can do more extinsive hardwater removal process.

Q:

We have casement windows. They can be opened to clean from outside. But we have quite a few double casement windows, but they are both in the same frame. Do you consider that 1 or 2 windows? We have a Kuna address but don't live in town. How much is the service charge? What's your time frame? I was hoping to get them cleaned next week. And sure it could be hard with all your requests.
