Q:

hi, Is the grape juice in a concentrated form? will water have to be added? Thank you! Liz

Liz R.  asked on  Apr 23, 2013

A:

Yes it is from concentrated grape juice. This practice is employed by many commercial wineries to cut down on shipping charges. We deal exclusively with a company owned by Peller called Global. Mark

Q:

Hi Mark. So correct me if I'm wrong, the deal is $59 (for Australian Shiraz) plus $1 per bottle (about $28) plus taxes? So the total would be $98.31 give or take....does that sound right? Thanks Scott

Q:

Can we order the wine over the phone? And whenever is ready to come over to bottle it? Do you have any sample of Australian Shiraz? Thank you.

Youshiah M.  asked on  Apr 20, 2013

A:

Two visits are required - one to start the batch and one to bottle it. Both are by appointment. Unfortunately, sampling is illegal in our industry but we guarantee everything. Thank you, Mark
