Q:

Results may vary. Please contact the professionals at The Women's Centre for Excellent to discuss treatment options best for you. Thank you for your patience.

Annette B.  from  Self  replied on  Jan 18, 2013

A:

For acne, a salicylic peel or a glycolic/salicylic blend might do great as well as the Vibraderm, which is similar to a microdermabrasion but uses vibrating technology instead of sucking so it is more gentle to the skin yet extremely effective in removing dead skin....your aesthetician will help you determine which is best! Peels are best done in a series

Q:

How much per unit do you charge for Botox?

Pamela E.  asked on  Jan 19, 2013

A:

Hello, in our practice, we use Dysport which is the "newer" Botox, it does the exact same thing, and it is 6.00 a unit or can be priced per area, that would all depend on amount needed and areas done and the doctor would determine this at time of appointment! This is performed by our MD's...Be sure to call us to book your consultation for fillers and Dysport! 352-241-6460

Q:

What would be the best treatment for a 71 yr old woman who has some redness and a couple of age spots on the face?

Sherry D.  asked on  Jan 20, 2013

A:

Vibraderm and Peel combo would be perfect.... the more old damaged skin that is removed and smoothed away, the more fresh new skin can be seen

Q:

What type of chemical peel is used? If I buy the package with three treatments , do they all have to be preformed in the 120 days?

Deborah L.  asked on  Jan 22, 2013

A:

We have several peels we use for this including glycolic, lactic/kojic, salicylic, organic, vitamin c and blend peels... We ask you use the groupon 120 days from the day you bought it to do your first one but do keep in mind peels are done best 4-6 weeks apart in a series

Q:

Do you offer either dermaceutic peels or the vi peel as part of the ones included in the package(s)? I' m specifically looking for something that targets melasma. Thanks

Cindy L.  asked on  Jan 23, 2013

A:

the Vi-Peel is not included with this deal, only glycolic, salicylic, blended, Vitamin C, Lactic/Kojic or Organic from Image, Neocutis, Glytone and Topix, so we have peels for acne, anti-aging, sensitive skin, pigmented skin, ethnic skin, pregnant skin...basically anyone. The ViPeel is a much deeper peel but we do carry them, along with the TCA Super Peel and Obagi Radiance!! Looking forward to meeting you!! :)
