What You'll Get
Adults regularly practice yoga to stay limber, calm, and enhance their balance when juggling children. Level up parental circus acts with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $29 for 5 lakefront yoga or outdoor boot-camp classes (a $75 value)
- $49 for 10 lakefront yoga or outdoor boot-camp classes (a $150 value)
Classes run from June 1 through August 30 with morning and evening sessions scheduled throughout the week. Here, students of all experience levels overlook the lake as they stretch into fluid and held yoga poses. Alternatively, outdoor boot-camp classes aim for leaner muscles with cardio drills, core exercises, and training that targets arms and legs. Patrons can mix and match both class types to meet their total of 5 or 10 sessions.
Attendees meet by the totem pole at Addison Street and Lakeshore Drive. Click here and then on the Outdoor Classes tab for a class schedule. Clients must register for classes online, and will receive an email one hour in advance if a class is cancelled because of inclement weather. Metered lot parking is available at Addison Street and Lake Shore Drive.

About The Yoga Boutique
Yoga and fitness gurus guide students of all skill levels toward slimmer silhouettes in a noncompetitive atmosphere. The spacious studio’s sage-green walls, hardwood floors, and natural lighting provide a backdrop for yoga classes such as Hatha Flow Yoga and Forrest Yoga, which gently twist torsos and stretch limbs through slow-moving poses.
Kids' yoga classes, such as Preschool Pranayama and Toddler Tadasana, encourage children to find peace and stillness while engaging them through games and partner work. During Pilates classes, students build firmer cores, tighten muscles, and enable tendons to produce melodious twangs by propelling their bodies through a series of isometric motions. Students are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing to all classes.
