Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
We offer a range of classes. From Cardio interval training to restorative yoga. Our teachers are inspired and motivated. We also bring in teachers from around the world to provide you with new insight and inspiration.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
A deep desire to create a beautiful space in Nevada City where we could grow a community and provide the best yoga and workshops available.

What do you love most about your job?
I love teaching yoga. I love the students and the conversation that happens in a room full of amazing yogis.
