- Each class is made up 12 energetic sequences designed to create sweat, elevate your heart rate, increase strength and balance flexibility. Utilizing breath control, Pranayama, as our key to mindfulness, meditation, the poses, asanas, will leave you feeling energized and empowered, calm and strong.

The Yoga Factory
No one is born into yoga, not even yoga instructors. Having entered into their practice gradually is something many of The Yoga Factory’s instructors have in common, and something they bring to their classes: an empathy that everyone starts at the beginning. They’re serious about welcoming people of all experience levels for each of their 60-, 75-, and 90-minute classes. Weekly basics classes also help get beginners up to speed and address fundamentals, such as alignment and yoga-mat origami. Throughout the year, the center also hosts workshops that blend knowledge about meditation and nutrition within a support group-style structure. Practitioners can schedule chiropractic treatments to fit their yoga schedule as a bonus.
