Each class on the seven-day schedule incorporates techniques from Hatha yoga, Vinyasa yoga, and Raja yoga. While Hatha practice lends a focus on physical exercises and breath control, Vinyasa pose sequences emphasize the synchronization of movement and breathing. The classes’ focus-sharpening meditation techniques are borrowed from Raja yoga. Class sizes are typically between 10–20 students, which helps the instructors provide more personalized attention.
