- $13 for $20 worth of specialty burgers and dogs
The Zingaro's staple menu item is a basic no-frills burger, which cooks make using locally-sourced meat and a proprietary blend of seasonings. But that's about as "basic" as it gets at this burger- and dog-centric food truck. From that simple burger base, cooks build an array of locally-sourced gourmet creations for foodies, including the caprese—which sports a crown of thai basil, mozzarella cheese, and balsamic dressing—and a southwest-inspired sandwich smothered in hatch green chilis from the Rio Grande Valley. There's even more than meets the eye at The Zingaro, though—the truck's secret menu includes multi-pattied burgers, as well as the Vietnamese-inspired Zing Mi dog, which features thai basil, chinese five-spice mayo, and carrot-cucumber slaw.
