I wanted a deep muscle massage to release the areas of tension, tightness and pain and to provide me with greater range of motion. Ana questioned me about my physical issues and areas of concern. She applied her professional training and experience to these problems and by the end of the session I had much greater range of motion and was nearly pain free. I was thankful for her approach and therapeutic intervention and would definitely recommend her and use her again. Groupon led me to her and at a reasonable price.

In a treatment Reiki energy flows from the practitioners hands into the client. The client is laying on the table and is fully clothed. The practitioner places her/his hands on or near the clients body in a series of hand positions. These include positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and feet.
