What You'll Get
Inner peace is hard to come by, requiring complex negotiations between spleen and kidney. Find harmony more easily with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $35 for one month of unlimited yoga classes (a $100 value)
- $45 for 10 yoga classes (a $110 value)
Students reserve classes from the schedule, then join 9 to 11 others in a group session. Instructors lead them through the hatha style, which builds stamina, strength and flexibility through a series of breathing and stretching techniques. In open-level restorative yoga sessions, they’ll lead students through comfortable poses performed with props, such as blocks and blankets, to ease tension from the mind and body. For an intensified muscle-working routine, they’ll blend the core tightening moves of Pilates and ballet with the elongated motions of classic yoga in Core Fusion sessions.
