6-Week Weight Loss Challenge with 3x Week CrossFit Classes
Weight Loss Challenge Package:

Nutrition coaching customized to your needs by a certified nutrition coach. Includes macro calculations or meal planning recommendations specific to your lifestyle. This group includes daily accountability checkins, a social media group for support as well as inspiration and education for you to continue your journey to health.
CrossFit classes led by a trained instructor are 60-minute classes that are scalable to all age and fitness levels. The average calorie ratio/range from a study published in Shape magazine states that 12.3 calories/minute are burned during the workout.
Daily WOD Classes Available at: 5am, 9:30am, 4:30pm, 5:30pm, 6:30pm
*Athletes must register 60-minutes prior to start of class to accommodate for attendance and to ensure social distancing is maintained.
Class Size: Capped at 10 to ensure maximum coach/athlete ratio while maintaining social distancing guidelines and hygienic protocols in place for your safety.
Amenities: Free lot parking, Bathroom/changing area, Water Refill Stations, Lockers Available with membership, Kids sitting area
