Whether you're jumpstarting your fitness routine or looking for the best methods in functional fitness, ThirdSpace has it all. CrossFit combines weightlifting, plyometric, and gymnastic techniques in full-body strength and conditioning routines, which can be adjusted for clients of nearly any fitness level. The TRX suspension system uses gravity and your own body weight to generate resistance and tone muscles. Finally, there's yoga, which improves stability, balance, and flexibility while honing mental focus. The classes are meant to complement each other, letting clients fill their week with varied, balanced workouts.
The 12,000-square-foot space was designed to maximize opportunities for interaction between members. Raw brick walls and lots of windows create a loft-like feel that's more inviting than the average CrossFit box. During their visit, students can soak up support from their peers, consult with coaches, and, often, take advantage of educational resources from partnering health and performance organizations.
