What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I believe we offer a level of personalized service that makes us stand out. Our interest lies in improving our athlete's quality of life. Helping them to live life more fully and completely.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Wanting to create a better place for CrossFitters to come and get fit. Wanting to create not only a top-notch facility, but one that is current, safe, and one athletes would be proud to be a part of. Where the main concern is safety and helping people achieve their fitness goals.
What do you love most about your job?
Easiest question ever to answer...And it's not what everyone may think...it's not that great coaching moment when something "clicks" for someone, and they finally "get it". Or even when someone hits a PR on a lift they have been working on improving. It's when I get the text or email from a member who tells me a story of how they were going about their normal day to day life and they realized how much easier it is, or realize how they are now doing something easily and without even thinking about it and it is something that they haven't been able to do in years. How they can lift or bend or squat...how they can pick-ups their child or play with their kids and not be winded or tired. Those are the moments I love the most. Because as a team we have helped to improve that persons quality of life, allowing them to more fully and completely enjoy who they are and how they live. That's what I love the most about what I do.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The heartfelt "Thank You", that smile when someone has accomplished a goal, scream of joy, a big hug...Someone saying "I couldn't have done it without you", "I was able to do this because you never gave up on me', "I would have given up a while ago if it wasn't for you"...those are a few of the nicest things I have heard from a member while being a coach.
