What You'll Get
The need to feel the wind in your hair is best fulfilled by skydiving, though it can also be fulfilled by hot-rodding in a convertible or getting yelled at by a giant who works at the bank. Feel the rush with this Groupon.
$159 for a Tandem Skydiving Jump ($289 Value)
Instructors teach skydiving basics during a 30-minute class before strapping themselves to their pupil and leaping from a plane situated 10,000–14,000 feet above the ground. Duos then experience a free fall for 45–60 seconds at speeds reaching up to 120 miles per hour. If the instructor deems it safe enough, students can do flips, spins, and bell kicks during the free fall. To conclude the adventure, the instructor pulls the parachute’s rip chord at roughly 5,000 feet and pairs gently touch the earth after a four- to six-minute ride.
Flights are offered seven days a week in Rhome and Wednesday–Sunday in Caddo Mills. Groupon customers who would like to purchase an optional video of their dive will receive a 15% discount on the price.

It’s a quiet afternoon in Rhome when the tranquil plains suddenly erupt with whoops and hollers. A pair of tandem skydivers has just seemingly dropped out of nowhere and is high-fiving and cheering while they fall. One has done this drop countless times and the other is about to check the adrenaline-fueling activity off his bucket list.
The staff behind Thrillzown makes it their goal to see activities such as skydiving get crossed off of lists. In doing this, they offer hot air balloon rides, ziplining, and hang-gliding, along with a host of other activities. They can also advise hesitant customers on the appropriate thrill to partake in, pointing out which jaunts are more serene versus which ones make Superman nervous.
