What You'll Get
Bodybuilders visualize lifting a weight before actually lifting it, just as businessmen visualize leading a meeting before actually riding in on a stallion. Appear majestic with this Groupon.
Choose from Three Options
- $19 for two weeks of unlimited CrossFit classes (a $67.50 value)
- $29 for one month of unlimited CrossFit classes (a $135 value)
- $49 for two months of unlimited CrossFit classes (a $270 value)<p>
Students are required to attend a prerequisite fundamentals training before attending CrossFit classes. The three-night fundamentals class is scheduled every other week and instructs participants on the basics of Olympic weightlifting. Used to train those in the special forces, military, and police department, CrossFit classes blend a variety of exercise disciplines into one high-intensity workout. Each exerciser follows the same program; however, instructors will scale the intensity level to suit the not-so-fit and world-class athletes alike. See the class schedule here.
