Students are required to attend a prerequisite fundamentals training before attending CrossFit classes. The three-night fundamentals class is scheduled every other week and instructs participants on the basics of professional weightlifting. Used to train those in the special forces, military, and police department, CrossFit classes blend a variety of exercise disciplines into one high-intensity workout. Each exerciser follows the same program; however, instructors will scale the intensity level to suit the not-so-fit and world-class athletes alike. See the class schedule here.
