Tibetan cuisine is infused with Chinese and Indian influence, and the menu here ranges from savory noodle soups to signature momo dumplings, which are stuffed full of meats, veggies, scallions, and ginger, and traditionally shared by family and friends after a long time apart. As for entrees, more than half of the selections are vegetarian, and options range from tofu and bok choy with carrots and bell peppers to shaptak (slices of beef pan-fried with red and green peppers in a spicy sauce).
