Groupon promotional terms clearly indicated what was covered. It was also made clear that scheduling is at the discretion of the service provider. Unfortunately, customers plan to use this coupon for a deep cleaning or move out cleaning, which is clearly outside the terms of the voucher. The coupon clearly specified what is covered and what is not covered. We try to make accommodations for customers request, however, expecting our cleaning people to deep clean a 4,000 to 5,000 sq ft house within 4 hours seems unreasonable.
