What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Over the years I have had a variety of small and large cleaning services clean my home. Not one company left me completely satisfied. I began Tidy Teammates to service people who like me, want the job done right. We customize each job and pay attention to details. No detail is too small for us!

What do you love most about your job?
I enjoy working with people and learning about what each customer wants. I love the look on my customer's face's when they see a clean, shiny home, cleaned the way they want it done. I also value my employees and enjoy working with them. Without our "teammates", Tidy Teammates would not exist.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
One of my customer's noticed that our teammates work at a very steady pace and with deliberate attention to detail. This is part of our cleaning philosophy. Cleaning should not be done at lightening speed. Slow and steady wins the race and ensures nothing is broken or forgotten.
