Experienced picturesmith Tiffanie Lloyd deftly captures candid moments, continually educating herself on the newest advancements in lighting, photo techniques, and equipment. During an in-studio shoot, clients sample snacks and sip beverages as they discuss their goals for the session, such as including spectral images of family forbearers. While adults talk, youngsters frolic with balloons, play with stickers, or nosh on treats in the studio’s kids’ area. Tiffanie can also shoot at a location of the client’s choice, snapping away in a home, park, or Schwarzschild wormhole. During the session, up to five people pose as Tiffanie’s expert guidance pilots the shoot. One week after the session, clients venture to the studio to choose a single image for their prints and Facebook-ready photo. Additional images and prints are also available at a 10% discount.
For every session she shoots, Tiffanie donates $25 to the Around the World project, which documents global poverty and supports orphanages in the third world. Her charitable work extends to her role as official photographer for the Hawkeye Area Down Syndrome Association, and participant in the Foster a Smile program aimed at high-school seniors.
Tiffanie Lloyd Photography
A mother of six, Tiffanie Lloyd developed her photographic skills by taking pictures of each of her young ones. This hobby soon developed into Tiffanie Lloyd Photography, where Tiffanie uses her expert eye to snap shots of other people's newborns and children. Though happy to use props, Tiffanie mostly eschews bells and whistles at her on-location or in-studio sessions, preferring to capture childhood innocence with straightforward compositions. To preserve her client's favorite images, she offers a slew of products, from prints and framed wall portraits to photo coasters and stickers. Along with paid work, Tiffanie lends her talents to numerous charitable causes, such as taking free photographs of high-school seniors in foster care.
