Barrett did an excellent job at cleaning up 2 cars. He showed up on time (yes house call) at 730am. He communicated estimated times of completion barring no unforeseen circumstances and updated us when things took longer than expected. (His manager had another issue come up instead of helping. Also a couple tough stains took longer than normal. Cars look cleaner than they have in a long time.
