Q:

What does ALL DAY ACCESS refer to? Is there a time limit on the treatment rooms? Can you use a room more than one in the all day access visit?

M. P.  asked on  Jun 4, 2013

A:

There are no time limits set for each room. You may enter a room more than once.

Q:

So the Groupon gets us into the treatment rooms, and you can get a 30 minute treatment, but anything over 30 minutes is extra. Is this correct?

Tim M.  asked on  Jun 1, 2013

A:

Sorry for any confusion. This Groupon allows you all day spa access. In addition to your Groupon, if you choose to add a service to your visit that is longer than 30 minutes, you will receive a $20 credit towards that service.
