Choose Between Two Options
- $29 for four outdoor Warrior fitness classes (a $65 value)

Sessions combine high-intensity warrior-camp workouts with a timed obstacle course, training participants for obstacle-traversing events such as the Warrior Dash and Tough Mudder. Classes are held 6 p.m.–7 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays at Chinguacousy Park and on Mondays and Wednesdays at Centennial Park.
Time for War Fitness
“You can change your whole body. You can change your whole life.” This motto is personal for Time for War Fitness’ co-founder Jesse Bruce. After being picked on throughout his life for his diminutive size and suffering from low self-esteem, Bruce turned to weight lifting, and with his increased strength he gained confidence. He went on to graduate with a Kinesiology degree from the Niagara College for Fitness and Health Promotion and the University of Guelph-Humber, earn a certification in personal training, and win several obstacle races, including Warrior Dash Ontario, Urban Warrior, and the O Couse 10 times. At Time for War Fitness, Bruce has created warrior-camp programs that help members boost their self-confidence, increase their stamina, and rival the chiseled musculature of Queen Victoria’s stiff upper lip.
