What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
I eat, breathe and sleep computers. I do all the work myself, and I have always striven to get things done right the first time. Each and every customer is treated as a friend. You will be talked to as such. Not as a number. Everything will be discussed in easy to understand language.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
My first computer failed, and the guy I bought it from wouldn't take it back. It ended up as a loss, and I consequently I had to build my own. To make a long story short, I found that I was very good at computers, and understood them well in a very short time. 15 years later, I still enjoy my work.
What do you love most about your job?
What do I love? I love my customers! They come first. The computers are not my customers. I love interacting with people, and it usually shows. (Unless I am super busy!) But I digress. I am always very happy when a job is well done, and the computers are working as they should.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
This might come across as contrived, but I had an older customer. He was in his 80's, and he thanked me for being friendly, not rushing him along and explaining things to him. He told me of his experience at a big store, and thanked me for being the complete opposite of them.
