I’ve never seen someone give up on a car that was “too” hard to clean. If you are going to run a business to CLEAN cars, clean em. You didn’t have to get it all out but at least try and use the 5 hours you had but you stated to my wife it’s going to get dark soon. You also wanted to charge an additional 100 after you already said only $25 more if it’s excessive hair. Very odd. Not recommended.

I dont work with Groupon anymore. I attempted to clean your car out of respect that you bought a voucher. Groupon wasn't even supposed to sell the voucher I arrived around 3pm. I tell you that the voucher states that pet hair $25 and if dirty $30. Thats an additional $50. Trying to be nice i only asked for $25. Your carpet was like hair. The dirt and hair is embedded in the carpet. When you vacuum it doesn't come up. You have to Scrub,Scrub, Scrub. I vacuumed the drivers side and half of the back behind divers seat. That took 2 hours SCRUBBING. At this point it was 5pm. When does it get dark? 5:30 I did the math for you. Left side 2 hours at least Right side 2 hours at least Wipe down- 30 mins Windows- 30 mins Thats 5 hours on the INTERIOR alone. Not including the Exterior. A wash wax, Windows, tire dressing. 2 hours Thats a 7 to 8 hour detail starting at 3pm. Half the detail is in the dark. You purchased a 5 hour detail but your car was dirty enough to add 3 hours of work so yes, I calculated that has $100. No one cleaning a car will feel that 5 hours is no different from 8 hours Sorry for the inconvenience and misunderstanding. But understand, i cant spent 7 hours on a car and only make $70
