The skilled cosmetologist has a Paul Mitchell tattoo just beneath her neck—her way of paying tribute to the institution that prepared her for the career she now adores: waxing and skincare. Working inside Alley Cats Salon, Tina removes body hair for both men and women, freeing them from itchiness and romantic advances from sloths. Whether stripping fuzz from the face or legs or uprooting hair from below the belt, Tina makes her male and female clients feel calm and comfortable, and she’ll gladly answers any questions that arise before, during, or after the appointment.

Aside from waxing, customers can stop into Tina’s Alley Cats station for one of six facials designed to combat acne, enlarged pores, and signs of aging, including wrinkles and references to The Jack Benny Program. Tina also hosts pinup parties, inviting women to stop in for a brow wax, mini facial, and pinup-inspired hair and makeup trial. Once they’re all dolled up, guests can relax with complimentary refreshments and enjoy burlesque-themed movies and music.
