TITLE Boxing Club
During TITLE Boxing Club's Power Hour class, students jab and punch on command, sweating to the point of exhaustion after an hour. A professional boxer weaves through the class, making sure each participant receives individual attention. The 60-minute session allows you to burn up to 1,000 calories. But despite the class' high level of intensity, boxers of all skill levels are welcome to join and go at their own pace. The same is true of each of TITLE's fitness classes, including kickboxing.
Clients can also experience the rush of a real match by going head-to-head with a personal trainer in the regulation boxing ring. However, that's only after the trainer examines their current level of fitness and creates a customized workout program, which includes nutritional guidelines.
