I'm 57 and do a lot of power walking on the treadmill and around the neighborhood, but I'm not very strong and I'm wondering if I could handle the boxing and kickboxing class. I would like to try it, but I don't know if I have the stamina. Are the classes primarily an intense work-out for strong, muscular people or are they geared towards a wide spectrum of fitness levels?

I suggest checking out the FAQ by clicking here to get an idea of whether or not this class would be right for you. Since the Groupon is for two weeks of class, it's a great opportunity to try it out and see if it's something you would like to continue!
