Each one-hour boxing workout starts with a stretch and warm-up, followed by work on the heavy bag. Trainers lead students through a series of jabs, crosses, and hooks, followed by 15 minutes of core and abdominal training. Kickboxing workouts replace boxing punches with instruction on front kicks and roundhouse kicks, and conclude with 15 minutes of medicine-ball exercises and body-weight resistance training.
