What You'll Get
Punching a bag full of cloth is a safer way to make you fit than punching a shark that is well liked by the community. Touch gloves with this Groupon.
- $34 for two weeks of boxing and kickboxing classes (a $59 value)
After a 15-minute warm-up period with stretching, jogging, and body weight exercises, students don elastic hand wraps and gloves. They then start a 30-minute workout on a heavy bag, using boxing or kickboxing moves and practicing jabs, crosses, kicks, and hooks. Afterward, students cool down with medicine-ball and body-resistance exercises. See the schedule. The club does not allow sparring.

About TITLE Boxing Club
Originally founded by a group that includes retired pro boxer Danny Campbell, TITLE Boxing Club offers total-body workouts that blend boxing, kickboxing, and fitness. After donning elastic hand wraps and gloves, students can greet a 100-pound heavy bag with a barrage of kicks, jabs, crosses, hooks, and unkind words. Each of the club's trainers focuses on a different area, such as technicality, core and balance, or moderate- to high-intensity training. Other equipment around the facility includes a boxing ring, speed bags, and double-end bags, as well as free weights and cardiovascular machines.
