Each one-hour boxing workout begins with a stretch and warm-up, followed by work on the heavy bag. Trainers teach students to execute jabs, crosses, and hooks, followed by a final 15 minutes of core and abdominal training. Kickboxing workouts similarly start with a warm-up, followed by fundamental kickboxing strikes.
