What You'll Get
Kickboxing gets you into peak physical condition, unlike box kicking, which gets you thrown out of the post office. Shape up and ship out with this Groupon.
Choose Between Two Options
- $10 for two weeks of unlimited classes for an individual (a $100 value)
- $19 for two weeks of unlimited classes for up to four family members (a $200 value), valid for family members 8 and older living under the same roof
Each one-hour boxing workout begins with a stretch and warm-up, followed by work on the heavy bag. Trainers teach students to execute jabs, crosses, and hooks, followed by a final 15 minutes of core and abdominal training. Kickboxing workouts similarly start with a warm-up, followed by fundamental kickboxing strikes. Instructors teach front kicks and roundhouse kicks, as well as punching techniques, concluding classes with medicine-ball exercises and body-weight resistance training.

About Title Boxing Club
A joint venture between a professional boxer and a team of successful kickboxing-equipment tycoons, Title Boxing Club maintains a network of dozens of studios spread across 19 different states, winning over a devoted clientele with its invigorating and engaging boxing- and kickboxing-themed classes. Each workout uses the heart-healthy exercise of cardio training to satisfy people’s innate desire to punch and kick something other than a broken jukebox. Participants build lithe, strong muscle tissue by delivering powerful blows to punching bags, and build flexibility and agility by practicing roundhouse kicks and hooks. Students can build their core strength and endurance with medicine balls and burpees, enlist a qualified personal trainer to practice their newfound skills in the ring, or just torch calories during intense full-body Power Hour workouts.
