Participants build lithe, strong muscle tissue by delivering powerful blows to punching bags while gaining flexibility and agility. Classes are lead by boxers and qualified personal trainers, who motivate each member to practice their newfound skills in the gym, or just torch calories during intense full-body Power Hour workouts.

Love everything about Title! Best workout ever! Trainers are great at helping with technique and form while encouraging you to push yourself through. I've lost several pounds in my first couple of weeks of training there and it is fun as well!
