Russel was lovely; he had to work pretty hard to lug his cleaning apparatus up and down tiny rowhome basement stairs; he explained everything clearly to me and my elderly parents, and charged a fair price (we needed additional work done that the Groupon did not cover). Below I’ve included before/after photos of the dryer vent ductwork (which in my parents' home routes up and over a bathroom before it reaches the external vent - NOT an easy cleanout job, but an important one - my parents’ neighbor with the same hard-to-clean configuration recently had the buildup in their vent catch fire)! Highly recommend.
